Privacy notice

Information you give us when you enroll: your name, contact details, the creditors and accounts in your program, your bank account for program payments, and documents you upload. We also keep a record of every call and email creditors send to the line we answer for you.

To run your program: drafting your payments, answering creditors on your behalf, keeping your agreements, and contacting you about your account. We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell member information.

Aegis attorneys and staff who work on your file, our payment processor, and service providers that host this portal. Each is bound by contract to protect your information. We share with creditors only what the law and your agreement require. Mobile numbers and text message content are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. You can view and correct your contact details in the portal. You can request a copy of your file or ask us to close your account by writing to memberservices@aegisconsumerlaw.com. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of messages.

Sensitive identifiers such as Social Security numbers and bank account numbers are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to staff who need it to service your account, and access is logged.
